Tickets are available online via Ticketmaster from Friday 17 February for Trentham members only, and on general release (subject to availability) from Monday 20 February. Tickets will not be available to buy on the day, or in advance over the phone or in person at The Trentham Estate.
Yes, there is a ramp to access the grotto and enough space for a wheelchair inside.
Grotto tickets cost £17 per child. This includes:
- 1 x Magic Key on arrival
- 1 X Christmas Bell
- Meet and greet with Father Christmas
- Gift from Father Christmas
Siblings and friends are welcome in the Grotto at the same time but all children must have a ticket before entering the Grotto.
If you would like your baby to receive a present from Father Christmas and/or they are the only child entering the Grotto then you will need to purchase a ticket. If your baby is going in with another child and they do not receive a gift then they will not need to purchase a ticket.
Trentham has a free car park with plenty of spaces available for you.
Father Christmas’ Grotto is located behind Bark and Co. Please note that there are 3 separate grottos running on site at Trentham. Trentham’s grotto has no connection to Totally Delicious’ breakfast with Santa or Blue Dimond’s garden centre grotto. Please ensure your tickets are booked for Trentham’s Father Christmas Grotto before arriving.
We advise you arrive 5 minutes early for your slot. If you miss your allocated time slot we cannot issue a refund.
All tickets must be purchased in advance. No tickets will be available to purchase on the day.
All tickets will be emailed to you via the email address provided at checkout.
Refunds are only available if the Elf School is forced to close for any reason. There will be an option to book on to an alternative day, subject to availability.
If you are late for your time slot we cannot offer a refund.
