A Delightful Visit — Already Planning Our Return My wife and I, both senior citizens, visited Trentham as part of a coach trip, and as it was our first time there, we weren’t entirely sure what to expect. We stopped for lunch in one of the many eateries in the shopping village, but once we stepped into the gardens—on a glorious warm day with blue skies—we instantly wished we’d brought a picnic instead. Admission to the gardens was £10.94 for seniors, which we felt was very reasonable for what was on offer. We spent over two hours enjoying a gentle stroll around the lake, stopping halfway at Totally Delicious for some ice cream. I can highly recommend it, as it really was totally delicious. The gardens were an absolute delight, especially in such perfect weather, and we both agreed that we’d like to return. Next time, we’ll make the two hour drive from our hometown ourselves so we can spend longer exploring, as we know we didn’t see everything. And of course, we’ll pack our own food and drinks so we can relax at one of the many thoughtfully placed tables positioned in prime spots around the lake. A wonderful place to visit, and one we’re already looking forward to returning to.

A nice day out. A nice place to spend a copy of hours walking around the gardens The wild flowers are beautiful especially the poppies. If you are lucky you’ll spot the kingfisher.

There's so much to do, and see for all ages This place has something for everyone. The fairy trail, with the faeries placed around the garden. There are events throughout the year. Thoroughly enjoy the wildlife safaris to discover the cornucopia of animals who call the gardens home from beavers to damselflies. Hubby & I are members and we find the staff wonderful, they are so friendly and relatable. Always willing to help. I think the members survey is great, especially as you've met our needs with the many benches for those who require them. It's such a relaxing & safe place to visit, and it surprises some visitors as they don't expect something like that in our part of Staffordshire. I want to carry on about all various accessible aids you provide for visitors etc.
